normal style=font-size:14px;text-align:justify;margin-right:0;margin-left:0;text-indent:43px;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:39px>公開征集的實(shí)事項(xiàng)目主要包括：社會(huì)保障、醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生、科學(xué)教育、文化旅游、生態(tài)環(huán)境、城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)、城市管理、就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)、公共安全、交通出行、便民服務(wù)、養(yǎng)老服務(wù)等民生領(lǐng)域，以及其他涉及群眾切身利益的民生實(shí)事建議。

normal style=font-size:14px;text-align:justify;margin-right:0;margin-left:0;text-indent:43px;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:39px>2、征集活動(dòng)結(jié)束后，市政府將本著“服務(wù)民生、普惠共享，盡力而為、量力而行，可檢可評(píng)、注重實(shí)績(jī)”的原則，重點(diǎn)選取群眾反映強(qiáng)烈、迫切需要解決以及對(duì)全市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展具有較大影響的事項(xiàng)，組織相關(guān)職能部門進(jìn)行分析研究、評(píng)估論證，形成候選項(xiàng)目方案按規(guī)定程序提交衡水市人民代表大會(huì)實(shí)施票決。
